Zac Efron is now attached to
The Necessary Death Of Charlie Countryman, taking the place of
Shia LaBeouf , another ex-Disney star who was signed on to the project last year.
Starting his own production company (Ninjas Runnin' Wild), and being eyed for a number of interesting projects over the past year (
Snabba Cash remake), Zac Efron is set to work in a role that will show the actor as we've never seen him before.

Albert Berger has confirmed that the film, said to be in the spirit of
Pulp Fiction. The film has been penned by
Matt Drake who also scribed the forthcoming comedy
Project X.
Dante Ariola was previously expected to direct, but this is no longer the case.
The Necessary Death Of Charlie Countryman is currently out to directors, and is expected to get the film in front of cameras this year. Stay tuned for further updates.
