Good old rumors are back! And they say that Harrison Ford is into early talks to join the new Blade Runner!
Ok, ok, now is that awkward moment when we say – look, everything is still in very early stages, blah, blah, but let me ask you right here at the beginning – what do you think about that?
So, we all believe (and hope) that Ridley Scott‘s next project after Prometheus will be Blade Runner sequel. But what we previously heard from Alcon Entertainment producer Andrew Kosgrove had nothing to do with Harrison Ford.
In case you forgot, Kosgrove said:
“In no way do I speak for Ridley Scott, but if you're asking me will this movie have anything to do with Harrison Ford, the answer is no. This is a total reinvention. In my mind that means doing everything fresh, including casting.”
Now, all of the sudden folks from Twitch report that Ford has entered into early talks to join the sequel.
And that's all. No further details, nothing about Ford as Deckard, or maybe a cameo, or… whatever.
