The first trailer has arrived for
Dwayne Johnson‘s new actioner
Snitch, which doesn't feature as much guy-shooting as you might think.
Coming from veteran stunt coordinator
Ric Roman Waugh the flick follows Johnson as a father who becomes an undercover DEA informant in order to keep his son from going to jail after being wrongfully convicted on a drug charge.
I mean we know it doesn't work with the court, so Rock will have to take matters into his own hands once more.
Inspired by true events, the film also stars
Susan Sarandon, Benjamin Bratt, Jon Bernthal, Nadine Velasquez and
Barry Pepper. Snitch feels a little beneath Johnson's potential, but hits theaters on February 22nd, 2013.
