Sony Pictures has released the first TV spot for
Brad Anderson's upcoming thriller
The Call, previously known as The Hive.
Recently we shared the
official trailer and now we have scored the first TV spot from the flick which stars
Halle Berry in the leading role.
Penned by
Rich D'Ovidio, the suspense thriller follows a veteran 911 operator, Jordan (Berry) who must confront a killer from her past in order to save a young girl's life.
The film that will keep moviegoers on the edge of their seats also stars
Abigail Breslin, Morris Chestnut, Michael Eklund, and
Michael Imperioli.
The movie is already set to open on March 15th, 2013.
The Call overall looks like a thoroughly watchable popcorn thriller and Berry, while not as a big name as she used to be, is still perceived as a star and can undoubtedly carry the entire film.
