Paramount Pictures has just unveiled a brand new Transformers: Dark of the Moon TV spot which aired during the Daytona 500 this weekend. This TV spot follows the one that we saw a few weeks ago on Superbowl Sunday and shows us a little more footage.
Shia LaBeouf returns in the films leading role alongside actors Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, Kevin Dunn, Julie White, Frances McDormand, John Malkovich, Ken Jeong, Patrick Dempsey, Alan Tudyk, and John Turturro.
The third installment in the “Transformers” film franchise will see the the Autobots Bumblebee, Ratchet, Ironhide and Sideswipe led by Optimus Prime, back in action, taking on the evil Decepticons. The main villain in the new film is Shockwave, and will focus on an unusual discovery on the dark side of the moon.
Written by Ehren Kruger, directed by Michael Bay, Transformers 3 is set to open in 2D, 3D and IMAX on July 1st, 2011.
