Tommy Lee Jones to Join Meryl Streep in HOPE SPRINGS?

Hope Springs update! And what an update! I love Tommy Lee Jones, and I can definitely imagine him as Meryl Streep‘s husband in the upcoming David Frankel's drama that we already had a little chat about! Now, please don't give me that look! Jeff Bridges is no longer attached to this project, so Jones is a next-perfect guy! Great Hope Springs is story written by Vanessa Taylor, lady who is best known from HBO's Tell Me You Love Me, and it follows a couple who spend a weekend attending an intense counseling session in order to decide the fate of their 30-year marriage. The rest of the cast includes Steve Carell, who will play Dr. Feld, a marriage therapist who tries to help our favorite above mentioned couple rekindle their loveless relationship after exactly 31 years of marriage. At this moment we know that Escape Artists' Jason Blumenthal, Todd Black and Steve Tisch will produce the picture with Guymon Casady of Management 360, while Chris Coggins and Lance Johnson will co-produce. Shooting on Hope Springs starts in August, so make sure you stay tuned for more updates on this one!
