I'd like to take Loki to his absolute rock bottom. I'd like to see him yield, essentially, to his darkest instincts. Then, having hit rock bottom, maybe come back up.
Yep, that's exactly what Hiddleston has to say about his character (click to enlarge), Thor's adoptive brother and nemesis who Thor seeks for assistance against the Dark Elves.
Anyway, let me once again remind you that
Alan Taylor‘s upcoming movie continues the big-screen adventures of Thor,
the Mighty Avenger, as he battles to save Earth and all the Nine Realms from a shadowy enemy that predates the universe itself.
In other words:
Thor fights to restore order across the cosmos…but an ancient race led by the vengeful Malekith returns to plunge the universe back into darkness.
