
The new trailer for
Thor: The Dark World has landed, centering around
Avengers villain Loki (
Tom Hiddleston) after brother Thor (
Chris Hemsworth) employs his help to save Earth.
The new trailer does offer some of the same shots and voiceover from the first trailer, but there's more Jane (
Natalie Portman), and there's more Mjolnir (Thor's hammer).
Other returning cast members are
Stellan Skarsgård as Dr. Selvig,
Kat Dennings as Darcy,
Ray Stevenson as Volstagg,
Jaimie Alexander as Sif,
Idris Elba as Heimdall,
Rene Russo as Frigga, and
Anthony Hopkins as Odin, while rounding out the cast is
Christopher Eccleston as the villain, Malakith,
Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje as Kurse and
Chris O'Dowd as…someone.
