Ridley Scott‘s Alien kinda-prequel
Prometheus gets a pretty damn great full-length trailer at WonderCon in California on Saturday.
A first look at the film's most crucial storylines unveils the crew of the spaceship Prometheus in the year 2085, as they explore an advanced alien civilization in search of the origins of humanity.
With some input from screenwriter
Damon Lindelof Prometheus is not directly connected to his 1979 science fiction horror film classic Alien. However, the trailer teased links to the Alien film in the form of the Space Jockey.
But if you are too sensitive about spoilers I don't recommend this trailer.
Scott also announced at WonderCon that he is hoping to make a Prometheus sequel:
If we're lucky, there will be a second part of this [film]. The film does leave you with some nice big open questions.

The film opens in 3D on June 8th, 2012 starring
Michael Fassbender, Noomi Rapace, Guy Pearce, Idris Elba, Logan Marshall-Green, and
Charlize Theron.
Well, that's it. Just check out the trailer, which introduces the idea that a common symbolic pattern has been discovered in seven archaeological dig locations across planet Earth.
