Simon West‘s movie a.k.a.
The Expendables 2 is now officially rated R. There you go.
That was one big update for sure! And I'm actually “surprised” that a movie which includes killers, blood and some strong action will somehow also include strong violence, language and brief sexuality.
And while we're still at the action part, let us remind you that the movie stars
Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Chuck Norris, Randy Couture, Terry Crews, Liam Hemsworth, Yu Nan, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Bruce Willis and
Arnold Schwarzenegger.
They will all reunite for a new job which looks like an easy paycheck for Barney and his band of old-school mercenaries. But then things go wrong and one of their own is viciously killed, so the rest of the Expendables are compelled to seek revenge in hostile territory where the odds are stacked against them…And that's just the beginning.
