26 directors – 26 ways to die! Well, ok, maybe you're not going to see all ways in this completely new green band trailer for the upcoming horror movie The ABCs Of Death, but at least we have something great to share with you – more spooky scenes from the whole thing! If you ask me – this video looks awesome, but that's not exactly a surprise. After all, we knew this project was going to be the most ambitious anthology film ever conceived, right?
As you already know, the movie features segments directed by over two dozen of the world's leading talents in contemporary genre film. With each director assigned a letter of the alphabet, they were then given free rein in choosing a word to create a story involving a tale of mortality.
In other words – it's an alphabetical arsenal of destruction orchestrated by some of the most exciting names in global horror.
The film includes shorts from 26 hot genre filmmakers, including Ben Wheatley (Kill List), Ti West, Adam Wingard and Simon Rumley, Nacho Vigolando (Timecrimes), Adrian Bogliano (Here Comes the Devil), Xavier Gens (Hitman), Jason Eisener (Hobo With a Shotgun), Jon Schnepp (Metalocalypse), Yoshihiro Nishimura (Tokyo Gore Police), Noboru Iguchi (RoboGeisha) and more.
The ABCs Of Death will debut On Demand everywhere on January 31st, 2013, and in theaters on March 8th, 2013.
