Hybrid Vigor is a feature film about life, death, violence, morality, immortality, love, and loss. Sounds interesting? If you ask me – the answer is definitely
yes, and just in case you have any doubts about this project – I’m here to share the first official
teaser trailer for the whole thing, as well as some pretty cool images from the movie which is apparently still shooting in Latvia.

Written and directed by
Brandon Fowler, this horror movie will tell us the story of a mysterious girl found living in a remote Latvian forest who is captured by police and taken to a mental institution in Riga, Latvia.

Or, if you prefer the official synopsis:
A mysterious girl is found living in a forest in Latvia. After being captured by the police she is taken to a mental institution in Riga. She doesn’t speak, but seems to understand everything. She doesn’t sleep, but never acts tired. Who is she and where is she from? Could she be connected to the disappearance of a little girl in the same area 20 years earlier? Most important, is she dangerous?
Hybrid Vigor stars
Velta Buka in her feature film debut and co-stars
Jevgenija Mirosnicenko and
Aleksandr Ivanov (all three actors are native to Latvia). The film began production in March and will continue until spring of next year, and as you already guess – the majority of the film has been shot in Latvia.

We’ll keep an eye on
Hybrid Vigor – that’s for sure! In the meanwhile, make sure you check out their official
FB page & the
official website!
