Scott Stewart‘s supernatural thriller
Dark Skies. Mostly because
Keri Russell stars in the whole thing, but hey – let's face it – that
first trailer looks promising as well. Anyway, folks from
Dimension Films have released a new TV spot for the movie which opens this month, and although it says
not welcome, you're more than welcome to check it out in the rest of this report!
Written and directed by
Scott Stewart, the movie follows a young couple (played by
Kerri Russell and
Josh Hamilton) who are trying to save their family from an apparent alien presence who preys on their children.
Young
Dakota Goyo stars as one of the children terrorized by an alien that is disguised as a human, and the rest of the cast also includes
Annie Thurman,
J.K. Simmons and
Trevor St. John, and as we previously reported,
Dark Skies is set to open on February 22nd, 2013.

As husband and wife Daniel and Lacey Barret witness an escalating series of disturbing events involving their family, their safe and peaceful home quickly unravels.
