Wolf Creek 2 is definitely coming! The sequel comes seven years after the original movie, and the good thing is that
Greg Mclean is once again on board to direct the whole thing. At this moment we also know that
John Jarratt is set to reprise the role of Mick Taylor, while the rest of the cast will include a brand new cast of Australian talent. More details in the rest of this report!
Mclean will direct the sequel from a script he co-wrote with
Aaron Sterns and, just like the previous film, the story will have some elements based on true events. In other words:
while seeking an authentic Australian adventure, one unlucky backpacker learns the deepest, darkest secrets of the Outback’s most infamous serial killer.

Lured by the promise of an Australian holiday, backpackers Rutger, Katarina, and Paul visit the notorious Wolf Creek Crater. As the backpackers flee, Mick pursues them on an epic white knuckled rampage across hostile wasteland.
