Long time no see
Nia Long, huh? Well, we have nothing to worry about now when we know that she will play one (hot?) single mom in
Tyler Perry‘s upcoming drama titled
Single Moms Club! Long will join previously announced
Wendi McLendon-Covey and
Zulay Henao, while there's still no words on who'll play the fourth mom.
So,
Tyler Perry will direct the whole thing from his own screenplay which centers on four very different single mothers who are:
…forced to come together after an incident at their children's school. They create a support group where they discuss the obstacles of motherhood, and try to overcome their own challenges.
Nia comes on board to portray Lydia, McLendon-Covey is Jan and Henao will play mom named Esperanza.
Let us add that (apparently)
William Levy is also on board, and as usual – Perry will also star in an unspecified role.
Production on
Single Moms Club should start at the end of this month in Atlanta, and Lionsgate will release the movie on May 9th, 2014.
We'll keep an eye on it, stay with us!
