Sacha Gervasi‘s upcoming biopic
Hitchcock.
This time, we have a fresh look at
Anthony Hopkins who stars as the iconic filmmaker and
Helen Mirren who plays his wife Alma. And, just in case you've missed that first look at
Scarlett Johansson as Janet Leigh – don't worry, we're here to share that image, too!
Hitchcock is already being described as a love story about one of the most influential filmmakers of the last century and his wife and partner Alma Reville.
The movie is based on
Stephen Rebello's book titled
Alfred Hitchcock and the Making of Psycho, and as you already guess, the movie takes place during the making of Hitchcock's seminal movie Psycho.
Gervasi's movie definitely has an awesome cast on board. Beside the above mentioned well-known faces, it also stars
James D'Arcy as Anthony Perkins,
Jessica Biel as Vera Miles,
Michael Stuhlbarg as Lew Wasserman.
The rest of the cast includes
Danny Huston, Tony Collette, Michael Wincott, Richard Portnow and
Kurtwood Smith.
Fox Searchlight will release the movie in limited theaters on November 23rd, 2012.
