Directed Joe and Anthony Russo (Captain America: The Winter Soldier), the first film of Marvel's Phase Three slate picks up where Avengers: Age of Ultron left off as Chris Evans' Steve Rogers leads a new team of Avengers. After another international incident involving the super-powered team results in collateral damage, the government—and former Avengers member Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.)—begins to meddle with their practices, all the while a new villainous threat looms.
