Morgan Freeman is now set to star next to previously announced
Michael Douglas and
Robert De Niro in that
Jon Turteltaub‘s upcoming comedy
Last Vegas.
I mean, don't get me wrong, this sounds awesome, but it's quite a surprise. Freeman in something described as
Hangover with old people? Count me in!
So, let me remind you that Last Vegas will center on four old friends who decide to throw a Las Vegas bachelor party for the only one of them who has remained single.
In case you forgot our previous reports, De Niro will play the party-averse Paddy Connelly, who reluctantly agrees to fly to Vegas at the request of his friends, while Douglas will play Billy Gerson, a lifelong bachelor, who has finally decided to take the plunge.
As for Freeman, he is set to play Archie Clay, an army veteran, who looks to escape the watchful eyes of his son and daughter-in-law and accompany his best friends on a trip to Vegas.Laurence Mark and Amy Baer will produce Last Vegas together with Lawrence Grey who will serve as an executive producer.
