Morgan Freeman (The Dark Knight Rises) and
Elizabeth Banks (The Hunger Games) have been cast as voices in Warner Bros' new Lego movie,
LEGO: The Piece of Resistance.
Chris Pratt (Parks and Recreation) would be voicing the main character, the Caped Crusader while
Channing Tatum, in mind for Lego Superman and Lego Batman might not be on board with his 21 Jump Street directors' newest project.
Variety's Jeff Sneider also
tweeted that Freeman will voice a character play a blind sage described as Gandalf meets Mr. Magoo, and Banks will play Pratt's bad-ass ex-girlfriend.

Phil Lord and
Christopher Miller, 3D animated movie, which is an 80/20 blend of animation/live-action, centers on Emmet (Pratt), an ‘instruction worker' who is mistaken for the Master Builder. The Lego crew them embarks on a quest to prevent an evil tyrant from gluing the universe together.
The LEGO project that has been in development at Warner Bros. for over three years is scheduled to hit theaters on February 28th, 2014.
