Psychological thriller Kristy. I'm sure you're already familiar with this project, right? Oliver Blackburn is on board to direct it, Haley Bennett and Ashley Greene are also on board to star in it, and now we hear that Lucas Till is about to join them as well. That's what I call an interesting cast!
As we previously reported, Blackburn will direct the whole thing from a script written by Anthony Jaswinski, Gary Fielder and Scott Rosenberg.
The movie will center on a girl alone on campus (that girl is Bennet) over the Thanksgiving break when a random encounter with a gang of violent outcasts leads them to target her as their next victim.
The Weinstein Company and Dimension Films are behind Blackburn's movie, while Jamie Patricof and Lynette Howell of Electric City Entertainment are producing along with David Kirschner and Corey Sienega.
Production on Kristy starts soon in New Orleans.
