So, it's official –
Liam Neeson is indeed set to star in the upcoming action thriller titled
Run All Night (formerly known as
The All Nighter). And, what definitely sounds great is that
Jaume Collet-Serra, who previously directed Neeson in
Unknown) is apparently in some serious negotiations to direct the whole thing!
At this moment we know that
Brad Ingelsby stands behind the script, which will center on Neeson's character – a mob hitman who is forced to take on his former boss in a single night.
In other words – Neeson will (once again) have a tough job – to protect his son and family. He ends up going on the run with his wife and estranged son, fleeing from this dangerous mafia leader and the authorities as well.
And, that's basically all we know about this project so far. At the end of this report let us also add that Roy Lee of
Vertigo Entertainment will produce the movie while Brooklyn Weaver and John Middleton will executive produce.
Warner Bros. is looking to start production on
Run All Night later this fall.
Stay tuned for more details!
