We finally have the first official trailer for
Ken Loach‘s upcoming
The Angels' Share movie, which you should definitely check out.
In case you're wondering why, here's the answer. Somehow I think that all those set photos and images we shared before had absolutely nothing to do with the energy that this movie actually sends.
So this time you have a 2-minute preview of what you'll actually have a chance to see very soon!

While you're enjoying the trailer, I will once again remind you that this is Ken Loach's 27th feature film, written by
Paul Laverty.
The movie is set in Glasgow, and stars newcomer
Paul Brannigan as Robbie, an ex-offender who is given one final chance to stay out of prison. He wants to prove his wife and newly born son he's able to get on the straight and narrow. The community work he's sentenced to leads him to discover his particular flair. He concocts a brilliant swindle that will change their lives…

The rest of the cast includes
Roger Allam and
John Henshaw and is set to open in UK on June 1st, but as we previously mentioned, there's also a strong possibility for The Angels' Share to compete at this year's
Cannes Film Festival.
There's no embed right now, but you can check it out over at
TheGuardian.
Make sure you stay tuned for more updates on this one!
