Let's take a look at the latest rumor surrounding Warner Bros.'
Justice League. Unfortunately, so far we can confirm that
Joseph Gordon-Levitt (The Dark Knight Rises) is
reportedly not set to play Batman in the picture.
We also know
Will Beall (Gangster Squad) is writing the script which will feature
Superman, Batman, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, the
Flash and other heroes. What it doesn't have yet is a green light from the studio, no stars or director are attached and there's not even a tentative release date on this one yet. Wait, wait, slow down – the movie is set to hit theaters in the summer of 2015.
This news is about the character that is evil enough to force the above-mentioned superheroes to team up against them.
According to the gang over at Latino Review the villain in Justice League will be one of the most powerful badass in the DC Universe,
Darkseid. His main superpower lies in the Omega Beam – energy that he can fire from his eyes and hands that will either stun or disintegrate his foes altogether.

God of Evil and the ruler of Apokolips, Darkseid has been a primary antagonist of Superman and the Justice League for over 40 years.
However, until we get legit info, this is still very much a rumor.
What you think about Darkseid in Justice League?
