James Cameron’s next project is the romantic film ‘The Dive’
James Cameron has confirmed that his next project will be the romantic film The Dive.
The film, based on a true story, focuses on the relationship between free divers Francisco Ferreras and Audrey Mestre. Mestre broke several world records for holding her breath underwater but died while diving in 2002.
Cameron told that he will continue to use the 3-D techniques he pioneered on IMAX documentaries Ghosts of the Abyss and Aliens of the Deep.
“[The Dive] is a drama, a love story,” Cameron said. “This will require underwater photography, which will look gorgeous in 3-D.”
Cameron has previously spoken about the potential for filming smaller dramas in 3-D.
“The visual aesthetic of doing dramatic stuff in 3-D is very simple,” he added. “Just don't remind people that they are watching a 3-D movie. That will take them out of the experience.”

With his flicks costing up to half a billion each -the long rich and decades stale Cameron is, no doubt,
as GUILTY as the rest of Hollywood of taking massive
financing and market favors by the most awesome
-and unoutted- genocidal regime in history —across the Pacific!
70 million people -‘missing’ in ‘peacetime’ —and the
direct heirs of the perpetrators not only running that
show —but running ours!
—WHY is everyone such a balking, worshipful circle-jerk with deadwood like Cameron?
—70,000,000! —and counting.
