International REC 2 Posters

Four new Italian posters for “REC 2“, starring Manuela Velasco, Leticia Dolera, Ferran Terraza, Juli Fabregas, Pep Molina, Oscar Zafra, and Alejandro Casaseca, have hit the web. The story takes place immediately after the events of the first film, with producing company Filmax International describing it as having “the same claustrophobic concept” as REC but with “new means of transferring fear from the screen to the spectator through the recording lens. Only a few minutes have passed since the authorities lost contact with the people trapped inside the quarantined building. Nobody knows exactly what's going on inside. Outside, chaos reigns… For the Special Operations Unit this is a seemingly straightforward mission to enter the building and analize the situation. But as we know, appearances can be deceiving. The film is both written and directed by Spanish filmmakers Jaume Balagueró and Paco Plaza. “REC “2 premiered at the 66th Venice International Film Festival, out of competition. It was also shown at the Midnight Madness portion of the 2009 Toronto International Film Festival, as well as the 2009 Fantastic Fest in Austin, Texas, and the 2009 Sitges Film Festival.
