Two new features with interview quotes and pics have popped up online for “
Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince” courtesy of Empire Online and
USA Today.
Director
David Yates confirmed to the magazine that the events/chaos mentioned in the novelized intro “The Other Minister” will visualized in the movie version.
“We’re opening with a big attack,” Yates told Empire when we visited the set. “It’s talked about in the book, but we’re going to show it. We’ll bring a major London landmark crashing down. It should be quite spectacular”.
Meanwhile, producer
David Baron talked a bit with USA Today on making the sixth movie stand out (and alone) within

the other previously released installments now that they know the ending of the overall story.
Harry Potter (
Daniel Radcliffe), now 16, is suspicious of Malfoy, and he works with Dumbledore to retrieve memories pertaining to the evil Lord Voldemort. But, being a teen as well as a wizard, he is drawn to Ginny Weasley (
Bonnie Wright), the younger sister of Ron (
Rupert Grint).
“
Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince” will open in theaters on November 21.
