James Roday is set to direct
Gravy! Yep,
Psych star is making his directorial debut with the project which is already being described as
a bloody dark comedy. Unfortunately, not much is known about the movie plot at this moment, but it looks that some seriously good cast is on board for the whole thing. More about that – in the rest of this report…
So,
James Roday will direct the movie from a script he co-wrote with
Todd Harthan, and the only thing we know is that the project will revolve around:
…three friends who try to find the perfect meal on Halloween night and enter a Mexican cantina. The catch is that the trio call for a specific cuisine.
Gravy stars
Sutton Foster,
Michael Weston and
Jimmi Simpson in the leading roles.
The rest of the cast will also include
Lily Cole,
Gabourey Sidibe,
Sarah Silverman,
Paul Rodriguez,
Molly Ephraim,
Lothaire Bluteau,
Gabriel Luna and
Ethan Sandler.
The film has already started production in LA, now we're waiting for more updates, so make sure you stay tuned!
Consider principal photography supposedly began last week, why is there no mention of this movie on imdb yet? What’s the production company?
