At 372 miles above the Earth there is nothing to carry sound. No air pressure. No oxygen. Basically – life in space is impossible. And that's exactly what you're going to see from this brand new trailer for
Alfonso Cuaron‘s upcoming
Gravity (or, as
James Cameron calls it:
best space film ever made!). Head inside to take another look at
Sandra Bullock, she's really amazing!
It seems like everybody is in love with
Gravity. The movie had its world premiere at this year's Venice Film Festival and received an outpouring of universal acclaim from critics and audiences. Good for Cuaron and Bullock!
And let's not forget
George Clooney who stars as a veteran astronaut Matt Kowalsky in command of his last flight before retiring. Together with Bullock's Dr. Ryan Stone he struggles to survive after an accident leaves them adrift in space.
In case you forgot, their shuttle is destroyed, and they are completely alone, tethered to nothing but each other and spiraling out into the blackness.
The deafening silence tells them they have lost any link to Earth…and any chance for rescue. As fear turns to panic, every gulp of air eats away at what little oxygen is left. But the only way home may be to go further out into the terrifying expanse of space.
