Lionsgate has premiered the UK trailer for
Dom Hemingway, the
Richard Shepard dark mob comedy that has
Jude Law playing a heterosexual male womanizer, a man just released from a long stint in prison.
Law is returning to the spotlight for the crude and seemingly hilarious safe cracker who is going to get the hush money he's owed.
Dom Hemingway, a character-driven crime dramedy written and directed by Shepard, came away from TIFF with mixed reviews, but the results coming out off festival praised Law's performance. Well, if he's giving a charming lead performance as he seems to be here, it's worth watching.
Okay, there are plenty of great jokes that aren't in here including all the ones that involve the vulgar language.
The film also starring
Richard E. Grant, Emilia Clarke and
Demian Bichir is set to open on November 15th this year in the U.K. and April 4th, 2014 in the U.S.
