Well, another
sports-themed movie in a row. This time, Summit Entertainment has debuted the first
Draft Day trailer and the first poster for the sports comedy which stars
Kevin Costner as NFL general manager Sonny Weaver who has the opportunity to save football in Cleveland when he trades for the number one pick, while balancing his personal and professional lives at the same time.

Ivan Reitman (
Ghostbusters) from a script by
Rajiv Joseph and
Scott Rothman, the upcoming flick also stars
Jennifer Garner, Frank Langella, Timothy Simons, Ellen Burstyn and
Denis Leary, and also features football luminaries such as ESPN’s
Chris Berman and
Deion Sanders.
Since the script landed on the Black List, here’s hoping the result is a generic, but watchable movie.
