Young Canadian actress
Ellen Page is all of the sudden attached to direct a project titled
Miss Stevens (and we all thought that Ryan Gosling is the only actor making movies these days?!) while charming
Anna Faris is set to play the lead. Not much is known about the whole thing at this moment, but you must admit that it already sounds interesting,
right?
So, Page will direct
Miss Stevens from a script written by
Julia Hart (who's currently adapting
Beautiful Disaster), which will follow high school teacher on a cross-country trip to drama competition.
Of course,
Anna Faris (last seen in
Movie 43) is set to play that teacher.
And that's bascially all we know about the plot so far.
At the end of this report, let us also add that Gary Gilbert and Jordan Horowitz of
Gilbert Films will produce Page's movie with Doug Wald of
Anonymous Content, while Nicole Romano and Trevor Adley of
Anonymous Content will exec produce.
