Not every child is a blessing: that's exactly the thing with the upcoming horror film
Delivery, which comes from director
Brian Netto. As you're about to see from the first teaser trailer, the whole thing looks pretty intense and frightening (but real as well), so yeah – consider this story as (an awesome!) scary movie about pregnancy & give it a try…
Netto directed
Delivery from a script he co-wrote with
Adam Schindler, which centers on a family-oriented reality show documenting a young couple's first pregnancy.
The movie is told through the shows abandoned and un-aired reality footage, as well as testimonials from friends, family and crew members, providing a first hand account of this creepy story.
Or, if you prefer the official synopsis:
Delivery tells the story of Kyle and Rachel Massy, a young couple who agree to document their first pregnancy for a family-oriented reality show. The production spirals out-of-control after the cameras capture a series of unexplained events, leading Rachel to believe that a malevolent spirit has possessed their unborn child.
Delivery cast includes
Laurel Vail,
Danny Barclay and
Colter Allison, the movie had it's world premiere at the
Los Angeles Film Festival (on June 18th, 2013) but is still without an official release date.
As usual – we'll keep an eye on it, so make sure you stay tuned!
