Directed by
Caleb Slain, who has been internationally awarded for his vibrant use of evocative storytelling in both short films and commercials, Free Pie is described as ‘a traumatic comedy about life, death, pie and death with a terrifically witty but dark conversation with several humorous twists and turns.’
Slain’s short documentary
It Ain’t Over was presented as part of Palm Spring’s 2012 online program.
Currently, Slain is also in post-production on his second cinematic short doc, Juggle & Cut. And both films will hit festivals soon.
