An upcoming indie
Crazy Eyes, co-written and directed by
Adam Sherman, is just too real, much after a long day of drinking and painting, but mostly drinking.
All kidding aside, FilmoFilia.com gives you a new clip from the quirky little dramatic comedy which premiered at the
SXSW Film Festival in Austin earlier this year, starring
Lukas Haas, Madeline Zima and
Jake Busey.
Set in Los Angeles, the story follows a ‘rich boy' who meets a girl unlike anyone he calls ‘Crazy Eyes' that he can't have, but there's all kinds of tension and drama and things going on.
If you are a fan of Lukas Haas, which first film role was that of the youngest of the doomed children in Testament, you may recognize him from Brick or Alpha Dog or Death in Love or Inception or Contraband, and you like seeing him in good lead roles where he really fits with it.
If you find the premise intriguing enough, check it out; Crazy Eyes opens in theaters on July 6th, 2012.
I will die without Crazy Eyes!
