Carrie Fisher, who played Princess Leia in the original
Star Wars trilogy, has confirmed she will return for
Star Wars: Episode VII.
Known to sci-fi fans as Princess Leia Organa
of Alderaan, the twin sister of Luke Skywalker, the 56-year-old actress will reprise her role in the forthcoming
J.J. Abrams-directed film.
Below is the direct transcript from the conversation between the aptly named
Palm Beach Illustrated and Fisher:

Mark Hamill as Luke Skywalker are also in

So maybe
Michael Arndt who has been penning a script knows the answer to this.
Star Wars: Episode VII hits theaters in 2015 at the earliest.
