This project definitely sounds awesome, simply because we have some great cast rumored for the whole thing.
At this moment,
Michael Fassbender is the only one officially on board, but it looks that
Brad Pitt,
Javier Bardem and
Angelina Jolie are a strong possibility as well!
So, it looks that Pitt and Bardem are officially in talks to join The Counselor which will follow Fassbender as a respected lawyer who thinks he can dip his toe in the drug business without getting sucked down.
Brad Pitt is in some serious talks to play character named West Ray, and as for Bardem, there are still no details about his part.
Angelina Jolie was previously in talks to take a small role in a movie, but now it looks that she might even take on the female lead.
Still, nothing official on that, so take it as a rumor at this moment.
