Magic Mike, with
Channing Tatum as the title character.
Telling the story of the 30-year-old Mike “Magic Mike” Martingano, a professional male stripped, the film is based on a script based partly on Channing's own experience.
He is apparently playing an analog of somebody he knew at the time, a kind of mentor figure, and
Alex Pettyfer (I Am Number Four) is playing the Tatum part.
Aside from Channing Tatum, it also stars
Matt Bomer (White Collar)
, Matthew McConaughey (A Time to Kill)
, Joe Manganiello, Gabriel Igelsias, Olivia Munn, Riley Keough, Betsy Brandt, Wendi McLendon-Covey and Cody Horn.
