Maybe it's not the most original story in the world, but at least we'll soon have a chance to watch four great actresses in one single indie movie titled
Mother's Day.
The whole thing comes from writer/director
Paul Duddridge, and apparently
Christina Ricci, Sharon Stone, Susan Sarandon and
Andie MacDowell are all on board to star in it!
At this moment we know that the movie will actually follow twelve mothers who examine the relationships with their daughters over the holiday. So, I guess we'll have to wait for more names to jump in, but until that happens, let us also add that MacDowell's and Sarandon's real-life daughters –
Rainey Qualley and
Evan Amurri Martino will also star in the movie.
Does this mean we can soon expect to hear that
Meryl Streep and her daughter
Mamie Gummer are on board for this indie, or
Goldie Hawn and
Kate Hudson maybe?
I have no idea, but yeah, that could be interesting…
We'll keep an eye on Mother's Day, make sure you stay tuned!
