The sources additionally informed that Summit Entertainment is currently looking for “high-end” directors while the film will be split into two parts.
ComingSoon.net contacted Summit for confirmation, but the studio says that a decision hasn't been made:
“No decision has been made and as we have said all along we are continuing to work with Stephenie Meyer to bring ‘Breaking Dawn' to the big screen.”
Breaking Dawn is the least popular book in the series – author Stephenie Meyer calls it the “Rob effect”, reasoning that fans can't accept that the series had to come to an end, just as they couldn't at first accept Pattinson in the role of Edward.
Filming will begin in October, with a script by Melissa Rosenberg, who has adapted all of the other films as well.
The third film in the franchise, David Slade's “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse,” hits theaters on June 30th.
The first instalment of “Breaking Dawn” is scheduled to be released in October 2011.
I have a very humble request to Stephenie Meyer and summit international and who ever else associated to the project to finalize the “director”,,,,,,,Please please please bring back
